Turn your summer into real-world sales, marketing, and leadership experience.
Steinhafels is looking for motivated interns who want more than a typical summer internship. As a Summer Sales & Leadership Intern, you’ll become a fully trained member of our sales team, work directly with customers, and gain hands-on experience in professional sales while learning how different areas of the business work together.
Throughout the summer, you’ll work alongside Steinhafels sales and store leaders while gaining exposure to marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, customer service, human resources, accounting, and other areas of our organization.
This internship is designed for students interested in sales, marketing, business and management who want meaningful experience they can take back to the classroom and into their future careers.
This is a commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential. During your first four pay periods of training, you'll also receive an additional $15/hour training bonus on top of your commissions.
You'll receive comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools and support needed to succeed.
Founded in 1934, Steinhafels is an employee-owned, family-run company with a long history of developing our people from within. Our associates have voted us a Top Workplace in Southeastern Wisconsin 10 times, and many former interns have continued their careers with Steinhafels in professional sales, management, and corporate positions.
If you're ready to challenge yourself, build your résumé, develop valuable business skills, and make an impact this summer, we'd love to meet you.
